ABOUT THE ARTISAN: Based in San Francisco, Michele Jackson has been modifying textiles and fibers to create repurposed products for innovative, decorative solutions to everyday design problems. Such handmade solutions have been for sale and exhibited since 2013. Each is unique because the art is original and the primary components are remnants, repurposed materials or other items from FabMo, where I have exhibited previously.
Most of the pieces are hand sewn and may include work done in artful embroidery, crochet, or other needlework.
