If you have ever wanted to learn how to knit, this is your perfect opportunity! The FabMo Workshops Committee, in conjunction with FabMo’s Knitting Meet-up group, is pleased to offer a special Beginner Knitting Meet-up.
Admission will be limited to ten beginner students, who will work in pairs and receive personalized instruction from one of our skilled and experienced volunteers. This two-hour intro session will cover how to cast on and the basic knit stitch.
Attendees will take home a pair of knitting needles and enough yarn to complete a simple project, such as a small scarf.
This class is open to adults and children ages 12 and up. All minors under the age of 15 must have a paid for seat and be accompanied by a paying adult.
